
Introduction to the Cycle
As planned, the deload week involves an approximately 50% reduction in volume across all activities to ensure space for higher intensity in all executions. The most significant change is the Day 6 session, which turns into a Time Trial with a medium-distance trial and a short-distance trial, both performed exactly with the same race intentions.
