This July, Andrea stepped onto the track at Scirocco TF’s training camp in Spain. She felt both hopeful and nervous. Once a devoted hurdler, she hadn’t competed since February due to a setback. As a result, doubts about her performance weighed on her mind.
Little did she know, six days with coach Alessandro would change her technique and mindset.
The Day Everything Changed

In the gym, exercises built strength, mobility, and stability. They activated her tibialis muscles for precise foot placement. They also improved core and pelvic control. Explosive power for block starts was another focus. Alessandro made sure each drill had a clear purpose. This helped Andrea trust her own movements.





As a result, the combination of track and gym work boosted her confidence. She approached hurdles with aggression and smoothness. By linking physical and mental training, Scirocco TF helped her overcome fears. Andrea also rediscovered joy in her event.
