The subscription grants access to the new training programme released every Monday at midnight for the entire duration of the subscription. At the same time, it provides access to previous content from our programme for the same period.

The Online Premium Program focuses on the 60m, 100m, and 200m, with training blocks carefully designed to develop acceleration, refine sprint mechanics, build speed endurance, and enhance overall strength and power.


Program structure

The training year is divided into three main phases: offseason, indoor, and outdoor. Each of these is broken into smaller blocks that gradually build up physical and technical qualities. The programme typically follows a 2+1 structure, with two weeks of work followed by one recovery week.

This structure allows athletes to progress without risking fatigue, while regular testing ensures that improvements are both measurable and sustainable.

In the offseason, the focus is on transition and general preparation.

During the indoor phase, athletes move through adaptation, introductory, fundamental, intensive, specialisation, and competition stages.

The outdoor phase resumes with fundamental development and advances through intensive and specialised blocks before peaking for competitions.


Microcycle structure

Most training weeks include five sessions, a balanced mix of track work and strength training. During competition periods, this is reduced to four sessions to allow for sufficient recovery.

Sessions are designed not to exceed 1 hour and forty-five minutes, and in many cases are shorter if recovery times are carefully followed. This ensures athletes can train effectively while balancing work, study, family, and social commitments.



Tools and Practicality

A key strength of the Online Premium Program is its minimalist philosophy. No expensive or hard-to-find equipment is required. With a yoga mat, resistance bands, medicine ball, hurdles, a sled or parachute, kettlebells, and a plyometric box, athletes can complete the entire programme effectively.

This makes the training accessible anywhere in the world, whether on a local track, in a park, or at a gym with basic facilities.
