How does the subscription work?
The subscription grants access to the new training programme released every Monday at midnight for the entire duration of the subscription. At the same time, it provides access to previous content from our programme for the same period.
In other words, a 4-week subscription gives you access to the new programmes for the next four weeks, while also allowing you to view the last four weeks of published training. If you require longer-term programmes, please get in touch via email at hello@sciroccotf.world.

The training typically follows a 2+1 model: two weeks of training followed by one recovery week. This structure ensures smooth transitions between cycles, allows for performance testing, and promotes continuous development without fatigue compromising progress.
Microcycle Structure

Week plan: Most cycles involve five training days per week, including track sessions and strength work. During competitive phases, training days may be reduced to four to allow for recovery, due to the higher intensity of competition.

Workout duration: Training sessions are planned not to exceed 1 hour and 45 minutes. By strictly following the prescribed recovery times, it is often possible to finish sooner, allowing athletes to balance their sporting life with work, family, and social commitments.

I have been training with Alessandro and his team for about two months. At first, I was skeptical about remote coaching, but it only took a few days for me to understand and adapt to the platform where he provides his training programs.
From an organizational perspective, I immediately felt prioritized; I received my detailed training programs well in advance (nothing is left to chance), which is crucial for those balancing training, work, and study without too much stress.
